Hypotheekakte
De hypotheekakte legt het hypotheekrecht juridisch vast.
In de hypotheekakte worden de afspraken over het hypotheekrecht vastgelegd. De woning dient als zekerheid voor de geldverstrekker. De akte wordt door de notaris gepasseerd en ingeschreven in de openbare registers. Pas daarna is het hypotheekrecht officieel gevestigd.
