Employer's Statement

The employer's statement is familiar to most people. If you are employed, this is the first document you can arrange. It is a confirmation from your employer regarding your employment status at the company.

You have your employer fill out this document; it is customary to arrange this through HR/personnel administration.
Everything must be filled out accurately, so use the exact company name, for example.
The employer's statement can be completed both online and offline.
After the document has been fully completed, the employer must sign it.
The signature may be electronic.
A company stamp is not required.
The document is valid for 3 months after signing.
If your partner is also employed and you plan to take out the mortgage together, an employer's statement is required from both of you.
If you work for more than one employer, you need a statement from each employer. Even if you only work there for one day a month, it can make a difference, so do it!
