Uniforme Renovation Specification
A Renovation Specification Form is a mandatory document with your mortgage application in which you detail the planned renovation work, estimated costs, and the contractor (contractor or self-builder).

Important points when completing:
- Increase in value: The appraiser uses this form to determine the value of your home after renovation. Components: Break down the costs into material costs and labor costs.
- Self-build: Clearly indicate which work you will carry out yourself and which will be done by a contractor.
- Specification: Be as specific as possible (e.g., "new kitchen €15,000" instead of "renovation €15,000").
- Energy saving: Specify energy-saving measures separately, as these sometimes offer additional borrowing capacity.
